Banana Bread recipe
A soft, bakery-style banana bread with chocolate chips, baked in a pressure cooker.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Chocolate chips, as desired
Method
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and add the powdered sugar, egg and cooking oil. Mix well.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Fold the mixture until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips as desired and mix.
- Grease a baking tray and pour the batter into it.
- Preheat a pressure cooker (without the whistle) on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Place the baking tray inside the cooker, cover and bake on a low flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the banana bread is ready.
- Let it cool before serving.
